The Property Accountant is responsible for the preparation of property monthly financials providing support to operations and accounting teams and completing tasks as requested in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

The position requires the ability to work five days of the week, 52 weeks a year, at the corporate office. Must be flexible to work beyond 40 scheduled hours per week to meet deadlines required by management. Minimal or no travel is required.
Position requires the ability to use general office equipment including computer, printers, copy machines, fax machines, postage machine, etc.
